Naomi L. (Strumer) Samkoff, 95, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away at the Jewish Home on January 10, 2021.

Naomi was born in New York, New York on December 21, 1925 to Samuel and Mildred (Reiter) Strumer. Throughout her life she held many titles from analytical technician to substitute teacher, but her most important titles were mother and wife. She was known for being an enthusiastic figure skater and swimmer, as well as a hobbyist photographer. Naomi was a member of the Beth El Temple with her husband Jacob ever since they moved to Pennsylvania in 2016.

Naomi is preceded by her parents Samuel and Mildred, and her brother Josef Strumer. She is survived by her husband Jacob Samkoff, and her two daughters Judith and Deborah Samkoff. She will also be missed by numerous friends in the community.
