We are heartbroken to let you all know that our beautiful Bonnye Geller passed away on February 2nd. She died peacefully at home in her sleep, just the way she would have wanted. In the days and weeks leading up to her passing she was showered with COVID-safe visits, phone calls, and FaceTimes by so many of her beloved family and friends. Each and every one brought her so much joy in her waning days all hoping to give her the strength to keep fighting. And boy, did she fight so many different health battles over the years with grace, stoicism, and strength unmatched by anyone we’ve ever known. It’s our turn to be strong now and to let her rest in peace. We will miss her terribly and will be loving her always.

Her loving and devoted husband, Ira Geller, adoring daughters Georgette Geller and Joelle Downes, son-in-law Chapman Downes and her six wonderful grandchildren Adam, Julia, Kate and Jack Petro; and Sosie and Peyton Downes.
