Deborah Dobrow, 71, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin. Born in Paterson, NJ, to her late parents, Jesse and Shirley (Engelstein) Halpern, she is survived by her beloved husband, Richard.

Deborah was a teacher for the West Milford School District before retiring to Barnegat.
