Brenda L. Rostolsky, 79, of Lower Paxton Township, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born on May 24, 1940 in Harrisburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Laura (Miller) Berry. She was a graduate of John Harris High School Class of 1958, and Elizabethtown College Class of 1962. She was a rehabilitation counselor, junior high school English teacher, and then a homemaker.

Brenda was active with the Autism Society of the Greater Harrisburg Area. She was active in the Civic Club, enjoyed skiing, tennis, horseback riding, reading, relaxing at the seashore, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her son Benjamin M. Rostolsky of Harrisburg, 2 daughters Debra R. Mehaffie and her husband Brian of Harrisburg, Laura B. Rostolsky and her companion Brett A. Burnell of Harrisburg, a brother Dennis Berry of Albuquerque, NM, a granddaughter Ashley E. Barbush and her husband Robert, 3 great-grandchildren Jayden R. Barbush, Lyla R. Barbush, and Blake R. Barbush.

Funeral services were held on Friday, August 30, 2019 in the Hetrick-Bitner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Shoop's Garden of Rest Cemetery, Harrisburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Brenda's honor may be made to the Autism Society of the Greater Harrisburg Area, Post Office Box 101, Enola, PA 17025.
