Leatrice Kahr, 90, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021 at the Campus of the Jewish Home of Greater Harrisburg. Her daughter, Sally Jo Bronner, was by her side.

Leatrice (Marcus) Kahr was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 7, 1930. Her parents were Jacob and Sally/Sarah (Aussenberg) Marcus. She was predeceased by her parents and two sisters, Phyllis and Elaine.

Leatrice is survived by her children Benjamin (Ava) Kahr; Amy (Ilan) Mosery, and Sally Jo (Simon) Bronner; grandchildren Jonathan (Yael), Chelsea (Aharon), Whitney, Shulamit, Eitan, Sam, and Rachel; and great-grandchildren Aliza, Lavi, and Boaz. She leaves behind cousins, nieces, and nephews all over the world who loved her very much.

Private graveside funeral services were held on Friday, April 2 at 3:30pm at the Boulevard Funeral Home in Hewlett, New York. Leatrice was buried next to her husband.

A memorial service led by Rabbi Ariana Capptauber was held on Monday, April 5. Sally Jo also welcomes phone calls.
